Lukaku lived up to his price tag in the first season with 27 goals in all competitions but things changed for him quickly in the following season.
His output dropped drastically and also lost his spot as the first-choice central striker.
Romelu Lukaku scored just 15 goals in his second campaign as a Manchester United player.
The 26-year-old became disillusioned with life at Manchester United under manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer hence his decision to move to the Italian Serie A.
According to him, Inter Milan had always been his first choice despite coming close to join rivals Juventus in a swap deal involving petite Argentine international Paolo Dybala.
