Junior Firpo is the fourth signing of the summer at Barcelona after Frenkie De Jong, Neto and Antoine Griezmann.
The 21-year-old left-back was one of the best players for Spanish La Liga club Real Betis during the last campaign.
His best game for Real Betis came during the away game at Barcelona.
Junior Firpo scored one goal and also provided an assist as Real Betis stunned Barcelona at the Nou Camp.
Real Betis won that game 4-3 as they were the only club to beat Barcelona last season.
Brazilian goalkeeper Neto joined Barcelona earlier this summer from fellow Spanish La Liga outfit Valencia, while the other signings Antoine Griezmann and Frenkie De Kong joined from Atletico Madrid and Ajax Amsterdam respectively.
