Premier League giants Arsenal will make a new offer for Celtic defender Kieran Tierney in the coming days according to the latest reports emanating from the media in the United Kingdom (UK).
Arsenal have been in negotiations with Scottish champions Celtic for the better part of this summer and a breakthrough could be in sight for the Gunners.
Sky Sports revealed that Arsenal will make a new offer for the aforementioned player and that club officials are confident that they will sign the Scottish international rated at £25m by his club.

Arsenal have already made a bid matching that fee but payment structure has been the stumbling block to an agreement between them and Scottish Premiership giants Celtic.
They had earlier made two separate bids before the last matching offer of £25m.
Kieran Tierney came through the ranks at Celtic before making his debut four years ago.
The 22-year-old has been a key player for Celtic since he broke into the first team at the club.
Kieran Tierney is just working his way back to full fitness after undergoing hip surgery at the end of last season.
The Scottish international is back in training as confirmed by the Celtic manager Neil Lennon.
