Chelsea midfielder Danny Drinkwater is on course to stay at the club despite the decision from manager Frank Lampard.
According to the Daily Star, Danny Drinkwater has had little or no interest from other clubs since Frank Lampard declared that the England international can leave the Stamford Bridge outfit this summer.
In one of his recent press conferences, Frank Lampard revealed that Danny Drinkwater and Tiemoue Bakayoko can leave the club this summer.
Danny Drinkwater joined Chelsea from Leicester City in a £35m in the summer of 2017.
The English midfielder was part of the Leicester City team that won the 2015/16 Premier League season in surprising fashion.

Danny Drinkwater was a key part of that Leicester City team.
The Foxes finished that season at the top of the table ahead of more illustrious clubs like Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United.
He spent one extra season at Leicester City before joining Chelsea in 2017 while Antonio Conte was still the Blues manager.
On his part, Tiemoue Bakayoko was farmed out on loan at Italian Serie A giants AC Milan last season where he made 45 appearances for the Rossoneri in all competitions.
Both Drinkwater and Bakayoko have been involved with the Chelsea squad during preseason.
