Liverpool defender Virgil Van Dijk has had his say on the much publicised transfer involving Kieran Tierney and Arsenal.
Celtic defender Tierney is said to be closing in on a move to Arsenal in a deal that could be worth £25m.
Virgil Van Dijk was a former teammate of Kieran Tierney at Celtic and he believes that a move to Arsenal represents a good career choice for him.
The Dutch international centre back spoke about his ex-Celtic teammate in a chat with the Daily Record.
According to him, Kieran Tierney would be an instant hit with the Gunners if he completes the move.

Arsenal were rebuffed on several occasions before their latest bid was accepted by Scottish champions Celtic.
Scottish international left-back Tierney is expected to leave Celtic for Arsenal before the Premier League transfer window ends in eight days.
The 22-year-old will move from Scotland to Arsenal for an upfront fee of £20m plus £5m in installments thus making it a total of £25m.
Arsenal will also pay Celtic the sum of £1m if they qualify for the Champions League during the player’s five-year stay at the Emirates Stadium.
Celtic have also added a 15% sell-on clause to the transfer.
