Borussia Dortmund forward Andre Schurrle is reportedly closing in on a move to Russian Premier League outfit Spartak Moscow.

According to The Sun, Borussia Dortmund have told Andre Schurrle to look for a new club this summer and Spartak Moscow could be his next destination.

The former Chelsea player currently earns £3.15m as a Borussia Dortmund player and he’s rated at £11m by his club.

It remains to be seen whether the move to Spartak Moscow will be a permanent transfer or a loan transfer.

Andre Schurrle was on loan at English Championship club Fulham last season having joined the Cottagers on a two-year loan deal last summer.

He was a regular fixture for Fulham as they suffered relegation from the Premier League at the end of last season.

His loan spell was cancelled after Fulham suffered demotion to the second tier of English football.

Andre Schurrle has been at Borussia Dortmund since the summer of 2016 when he joined the club from fellow German Bundesliga outfit VFL Wolfsburg.

The German side left to join Fulham on loan last summer before returning earlier this summer.

He has been left out of the Borussia Dortmund squad to Switzerland by manager Lucien Favre who has told him to find a new club.
