AS Monaco midfielder Youri Tielemans has completed his medical ahead of a permanent move to Premier League club Leicester City.
The new status was confirmed by Sky Sports on Monday morning.
Youri Tielemans had earlier spent a short-term loan spell at Leicester City last season.
The Belgian international star spent the second half of last season on loan at Leicester City from French Ligue 1 giants AS Monaco.

Youri Tielemans impressed during that spell after he scored three goals and provided two assists for the Foxes in the Premier League.
He was linked with three-time European champions Manchester United before Leicester City agreed on a £40m move for Youri Tielemans.
Manchester United want to sign a new midfielder this summer in the wake of the exit of Ander Herrera and Youri Tielemans was one of the transfer targets on their midfield list.
Ander Herrera ended his five-year spell at Manchester United earlier this summer.
The 29-year-old joined Manchester United from Spanish La Liga club Athletic Bilbao in a £29m deal in 2014.
Ander Herrera has signed for French Ligue 1 giants PSG on a free transfer.
