Italian Serie A giants Inter Milan will reportedly meet with the agent of top transfer target Romelu Lukaku to discuss a potential move to the club.
Belgian international Lukaku is one of the top strikers at Manchester United at the moment.
The imminent transfer meeting between Inter Milan and the player’s agent Federico Pastorello was revealed by trusted Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio.
It was also established that Romelu Lukaku wants to join Inter Milan this summer.
He could end his two-year stay at Manchester United this summer with Inter Milan keen to sign him.
Inter Milan manager Antonio Conte has previously tried and failed to sign Lukaku in the past but he’s not afraid to try again this summer.
The former Chelsea boss wanted to bring Lukaku back to the club in the summer of 2017 but his desire didn’t come to pass after the Blues lost out to Premier League rivals Manchester United in that regard.
Conte and Chelsea had to settle for Spanish international Alvaro Morata.
Romelu Lukaku signed for Manchester United in a £75m deal from Everton and he has scored 42 goals in all competitions for the three-time European champions since his transfer to the Red Devils two years ago.
