Spurs might have to cash in on him if the former Ajax Amsterdam player is not interested in signing a new deal.
Christian Eriksen has been a key part of the Tottenham Hotspur setup since his transfer from Ajax Amsterdam in 2013.
He was a key player for Spurs who reached the final of this year’s Champions League before they were beaten by Premier League rivals Liverpool via a 2-0 loss.
The Reds won that game with goals from Mohamed Salah (penalty) and substitute Divock Origi as they wrapped up a sixth European title at the expense of their opponents who finished the season without a single trophy.
