Real Madrid midfielder Dani Ceballos has sent a firm message to his suitors namely Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur on a potential transfer this summer.

Dani Ceballos has been attracting the interest of the two North London clubs with Arsenal said to be ready to meet the €50m (£45m) asking price from Spanish giants Real Madrid.

The Spanish u-21 star has been transfer-listed at Real Madrid on the request of manager Zinedine Zidane who’s adamant that the player is not part of his future plans at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu.

Dani Ceballos is reluctant to leave the club as confirmed in his latest interview earlier this week, despite the fact that Real Madrid want to sell him.

In a chat with Spanish media outlet Onda Cero, Dani Ceballos reiterated his desire to stay at Real Madrid beyond this summer thereby sending a strong message to clubs like Arsenal and Tottenham who are interested in him.

Dani Ceballos spoke to reporters soon after he helped Spain seal a spot in the final of the ongoing European u-21 Championship in Italy and San Marino.

Spain booked their spot in the final of the competition after thrashing France 4-1 in the semifinals thereby setting up a meeting with Germany.
