North London giants Arsenal have made a second bid for highly rated Celtic left-back Kieran Tierney as they chase down their first signing of this summer’s transfer window.
The Gunners have been very quiet on the transfer front but that might change in the coming days.
According to the Punch, Arsenal have made a renewed £20m bid for the Scottish national team player.
The Gunners had earlier made an opening £15m bid which was rejected by the Scottish Premiership champions.
It’s believed that Celtic are holding out for at least £25m for them to sanction the transfer for the 22-year-old defender.

Kieran Tierney is the Gunners’ top transfer target at left-back.
Arsenal manager Unai Emery is keen to strengthen that area of his squad as he tries to improve the Gunners defensively.
Arsenal conceded a whopping 70 goals in all competitions last season with 51 of those goals coming in the Premier League alone.
Kieran Tierney is presently recovering from hip and hernia related problems but that has not stopped the Gunners from making two separate bids for him.
The Scottish defender came through the ranks at Celtic and he has been a key player for the Scottish champions who have won the three domestic trophies on offer in the Scottish top flight in each of the last three seasons.
