Europa League finalists Arsenal have reportedly joined North London rivals Tottenham Hotspur in the race to sign Real Madrid midfielder Dani Ceballos.
According to the report from the Daily Mirror, Arsenal want to sign the Spanish midfielder.
Dani Ceballos has not been able to tie down a permanent spot in the Real Madrid starting XI since his move from fellow Spanish La Liga club Real Betis.
The 22-year-old midfielder moved to Real Madrid from Real Betis in a deal reported to be around €16.5m.
Real Madrid have requested for a transfer fee of £45m to sanction the sale of the midfielder.

Arsenal are said to be prepared to pay the money for his transfer but they will have to raise funds since their transfer budget for this summer is just £45m.
The Gunners are in the market for a new midfielder following the exit of Aaron Ramsey who will join Juventus this summer on a free transfer.
Aaron Ramsey has already agreed on a four-year deal to become a Juventus player as from the start of next month.
The Gunners will have to raise funds from the sale of transfer-listed players like Shkrodan Mustafi, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Carl Jenkinson etc to sign Dani Ceballos as his replacement in the Arsenal squad.
