Premier League champions Manchester City have no interest in signing Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly during this transfer window despite the numerous transfer links involving him and the club.
This is according to the report from the Manchester Evening News (MEN) which revealed that Kalidou Koulibaly does not even figure in the list of centre back transfer targets for the Premier League champions.
Manchester City are already closing in on a world-record transfer for Leicester City defender Harry Maguire this summer.

The Citizens will pay £80m for the England international centre back in addition to weekly wages of £280,000 thus making him one of the highest earners in the Premier League.
His £80m transfer fee would eclipse the world-record fee of £75m paid for Liverpool Virgil Van Dijk when he moved from fellow Premier League club Southampton at the start of last year.
The £75m transfer fee for Virgil Van Dijk has been money well spent for the Reds after the Dutch international skipper helped to transform the Liverpool defence.
Apart from Manchester United and Chelsea, Italian champions Juventus have also been linked with a move for Kalidou Koulibaly this summer with a transfer fee of £107m slapped on him.
