New Real Madrid signing Eden Hazard has reportedly asked the club to sign one of his former teammates at Chelsea.
This is according to the publication from Diario Gol which claimed that the Real Madrid forward wants the club to sign Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante.
Eden Hazard and Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane enjoy a good relationship and both parties agree that Real Madrid need a player like Kante to provide competition for Brazilian international Casemiro following the exit of Marcos Llorente to city rivals Atletico Madrid.
Marcos Llorente secured a big money move to Atletico Madrid earlier this week as a direct replacement for Manchester City-bound Rodri.

Atletico Madrid paid €50m for the transfer of Marcos Llorente.
Chelsea midfielder Kante will definitely provide quality opposition for Casemiro in defensive midfield at Real Madrid but it remains to be seen whether the Blues will want to sanction a move away from the club this summer.
N’Golo Kante is a key player for Chelsea and the Blues would be reluctant to let him leave this summer with a transfer ban hanging over their head.
Chelsea won’t be able to sign players for the next two transfer window if the two-window transfer ban slapped on them by FIFA is not overturned.
