PSG activated the £198m release clause to secure his transfer from Barcelona as the officials of the Catalan giants were powerless to stop the transfer.
Neymar has suffered an injury-hit time at PSG and the French giants have not made much progress despite the fact that they have the Brazilian as well as Kylian Mbappe in their ranks.
