Merseyside outfit Liverpool have been linked with a move for a goalkeeper who has been tipped to serve as a back-up to Brazilian international Alisson Becker in the coming season.
The Reds team can boast of one of the best stoppers in the league but Barcelona’s Jasper Cillessen has been tipped to be a back-up.
The 30-year-old was quoted by Calciomercato, claiming that he is unsure about his future at Camp Nou but will wait until after the Nations League to know what next for him as he can no longer be guaranteed as the first choice.

Barcelona are reportedly asking for £55m to let go of the 30-year-old, and the Dutchman said he would consider his options after the summer.
Cillessen started just nine games for Barcelona last season, nothing better than Simon Mignolet but it is yet to be seen if the Merseyside outfit will release the sum of £55 million for the Barcelona goalkeeper after spending heavily on Alisson Becker and having the presence of another goalkeeper in the team.
However, the goalkeeping department is not an issue and a focus for manager Jurgen Klopp as he will rather add more defenders and attackers to his squad his summer transfer window.
