Former Champions League winners Juventus are on the verge of announcing a new signing in Paris Saint Germain (PSG) midfielder Adrien Rabiot who will leave his French club in the coming days.

The player has already been offered a contract worth £6m on a yearly basis for him to join the Old Lady on a free transfer next month.

Rabiot has endured a torrid six months in Paris after the French midfielder was frozen out of the team for his failure to sign a new deal.

The Frenchman told PSG officials that he won’t sign a new contract at the club and that he wants to leave as a free agent this summer.

He was left out of the PSG first team indefinitely in December and the club also tried to sell him during the winter transfer window but failed in their quest to do so.

His last appearance for PSG was as a second half substitute on the 11th of December, 2018 when the French giants sealed top spot in Group C of the Champions League via a 3-1 win over Red Star Belgrade.

Juventus Starting XI (4-3-3): Wojciech Szczesny; Mattia De Sciglio, Leonardo Bonucci, Giorgio Chiellini, Alex Sandro; Adrien Rabiot, Aaron Ramsey, Emre Can; Douglas Costa, Cristiano Ronaldo and Paolo Dybala.
