Chelsea fulfilling transfer promise with Brazilian international

West London outfit Chelsea are now fulfilling their promise to keep most of their players at the club in this summer transfer window ahead of the coming season.
The Blues were forced to make this decision as they have been handed a ban which will stop them from doing any deal in the next two transfer windows for going against the rules.
This development has made Chelsea go against their policy in handing new deals to players who are over 30 years.
The Blues are known to give just a year contract extension to players who are over 30 but there has to be an exemption this time, as it is known that Willian is on the verge of signing a new two-year deal at Stamford Bridge.

Willian already has an offer from Spanish La Liga outfit Barcelona but Chelsea are not ready to let him go because of the difficulty in having him replaced.
Therefore, the promise to keep most of their players is already being kept as Belgium international Eden Hazard is the only exemption to the rule.
However, Chelsea are still hoping that they will have their transfer ban upturned as they hope to appeal it before the end of the summer transfer window.
