Man Utd Set July 7 Deadline For Premier League Star

Premier League giants Manchester United have set a deadline in their quest to sign Newcastle United midfielder Sean Longstaff this summer.
This is according to the report from The Sun which claimed that the Red Devils want to sign Sean Longstaff before they jet off to Australia for a pre-season tour on July 7.
Manchester United have made Sean Longstaff one of their midfield targets this summer with club officials confident that they can sign the player for between £20m-£25m in the coming days.

The young midfielder has publicly dismissed transfer rumours linking him with a move away from Newcastle United during this summer’s transfer window but that has not stopped Manchester United from making a move for him.
Sean Longstaff enjoyed a breakthrough season with the Magpies despite the fact that his season ended abruptly as a result of a serious knee injury sustained during a league game at the home of West Ham United which ended in a 2-0 defeat for Newcastle United.
The 21-year-old had earlier spent time on loan with Scottish Premiership club Kilmarnock and English third-tier side Blackpool.
The young midfielder made 13 appearances for Newcastle United last season with nine of those coming in the Premier League.
