Liverpool reject bid for midfielder

Timothy Aiyeku

Ryan Kent

Liverpool are yet to sort out the future of midfielder Ryan Kent despite turning down a bid from Leeds United for a deal this summer transfer window.

The 22-year-old has been in the news a number of times this summer window over what the future holds for him as he has got a number of suitors waiting to land him.

Ryan Kent spent last season on loan with Rangers and was impressive with the Scottish outfit also seeking to land him on a permanent basis.

It is claimed that the young midfielder seek to have his future sorted out as he would not want a loan move again while staying at Anfield seem impossible as a result of his inability to break into one first team.

Reports, therefore, claimed that Liverpool are now willing to let go of Ryan Kent and will be willing to accept the sum of £12 million for his signature.

Now that an offer has been turned down from Leeds, what next for Ryan Kent is unknown unless Rangers will seek to pay the asking price before the end of the summer window.

Liverpool have got a number of midfielders which will make it difficult for Ryan Kent to fit Jurgen Klopp’s team.
