Champions League finalists Tottenham Hotspur have been offered the opportunity to sign Paris Saint Germain (PSG) midfielder Julian Draxler during this summer’s transfer window according to the report from popular English news outlet Daily Star.
It was revealed that PSG want to raise funds to comply with Financial Fair Play (FFP) and they have offered the 25-year-old to Spurs as a possible replacement for wantaway midfielder Christian Eriksen.
North London rivals Arsenal have always been linked with Julian Draxler in the past transfer windows especially when legendary manager Arsene Wenger was in charge of the first team but things are not the same under Unai Emery who took over last summer.

Emery worked with Draxler while he was the PSG manager for two years but the Spanish tactician has no interest in linking up with the player again.
Spurs have a big chance to sign the £35m-rated German international but the North Londoners are unlikely to pursue his transfer as a direct replacement for Christian Eriksen who could leave the club this summer with Inter Milan and Real Madrid interested in him.
He has already told Spurs officials that he wants to leave this summer with one year left on his current deal.
Real Betis midfielder Giovanni Lo Celso is Spurs’ top priority this summer and they have already had a £62m bid rejected for him.
