If reports in the Press are anything to go by, Merseyside outfit Liverpool are ready to part ways with two of their goalkeepers which makes the need for a new one very important.
The reports claim that Liverpool are set to part ways with Loris Karius and Simon Mignolet. The two goalkeepers have failed to win the heart of the German manager for a place in the team.
This has been caused by the coming of Brazilian goalkeeper Alisson Becker from Italian Serie A outfit AS Roma. The goalkeeper came into the team and became a solid performer which helped the Reds team with one of the highest clean sheets in the entire of Europe.

However, Liverpool are reported to be paying attention to Cardiff City stopper Neil Etheridge and they are set to open negotiations for a signature.
Liverpool are expected to submit an official offer for the Cardiff City goalkeeper in the coming weeks as that has to be sorted out even before the summer transfer window ends.
Howbeit, the Merseyside outfit will hope that they can compete for titles again next season but their major Focus will be on the English Premier League as they have not won it since 1989.
