Spanish La Liga outfit Atletico Madrid are reportedly confident about securing the service of West London outfit Chelsea full-back Marcos Alonso before the end of the summer transfer window.
It is understood that both parties – the player and the Spanish team wish to have a deal sealed but the West London outfit are reluctant about releasing the Star Player.
The Blues team have got issues with securing the services of new players as they are currently under a transfer ban after being caught going against the rules.

Until a final judgement is passed by the Court of Arbitration of Sports, the West London outfit will not be able to register any player for the next two summer transfer windows.
This is a major reason why Chelsea are reluctant to let go of Marcos Alonso but Atletico Madrid are still confident that a deal can fall through before the end of the summer transfer window.
Atletico Madrid seek to sign him as a replacement for Lucas Hernandez, who is moving to Bayern Munich this summer.
The former Real Madrid youth product has been impressive since joining Chelsea in 2016 from Fiorentina. So far, he has scored a total of 15 goals in 92 games in the Premier League.
