Merseyside outfit Liverpool still have a need to replace England international Daniel Sturridge as the player is set to bid goodbye to the club.
Daniel Sturridge has not been favoured for selection this season after losing his place to Belgian striker Divock Origi as the second choice striker to Brazilian international Robert Firmino.
After saving Liverpool in a number of games, including the Champions League finals, it has been suggested that Divock Origi will remain while Daniel Sturridge will be shown the way out.
However, Liverpool are reportedly in talks with Max Kruse for a possible deal in this summer transfer window.

Max Kruse’s contract with German Bundesliga outfit Werder Bremen runs out later this month which makes him a free player in the summer transfer window.
Liverpool are therefore considering to give him an opportunity so as to have enough options for next season’s Premier League challenge.
Max Kruse had scored a total of 12 goals and gave nine assists for the German Bundesliga outfit.
It has been suggested that the star striker will not cost much in terms of his weekly wage if it is negotiated.
It is now left to the Liverpool boss to make the decision on securing the services of Max Kruse or not.
