Portuguese Super League giants Benfica are mulling over four offers for one of their most influential players according to the publication from Record.

Joao Felix has enjoyed a breakthrough season with Benfica who have recently crowned the Portuguese champions.

Joao Felix and Benfica finished ahead of then league holders and rivals FC Porto in the race for the league title thereby reclaiming the title they won two years ago.

19-year-old Joao Felix played a big part in that title triumph after he scored 15 goals and also provided seven assists in 26 appearances in the top flight of Portuguese football.

In total, he scored 19 goals and weighed in with seven assists in 37 games in all competitions.

The aforementioned publication revealed that Benfica have already received four concrete offers and that Manchester United and Manchester City have already made offers for the teen sensation.

Benfica earlier demanded the £105m release clause in his contract with the Portuguese champions but senior club officials have softened their stance.

According to the Daily Record, Benfica officials are ready to sanction the sale of Joao Felix for less than £105m on the condition that the young Portuguese forward will be loaned back to the club for next season.
