French Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint Germain (PSG) have made a big bid for Juventus midfielder Miralem Pjanic as they try to boost their midfield options for next season.
According to the publication from The Sun, PSG have already asked about a possible transfer for the Bosnia and Herzegovina player.
The Bosnian star has been an integral part of the Juventus midfield since his move to the club from fellow Italian Serie A side AS Roma.
Pjanic was linked with Premier League giants Manchester United before his move to Juventus at the start of last season.
The aforementioned publication revealed that PSG have already made a £60m bid for the player though Juventus are still holding out for more.
Juventus want a transfer fee more than £60m offered by the French capital club.
PSG have struggled with a lack of midfield options at times this season with the likes of Dani Alves and Marquinhos being used in midfield rather than in their various defence positions.
The French champions signed Argentine international Leandro Paredes from Russian Premier League side Zenit St. Petersburg during the winter transfer window but he has not lived up to expectations from his manager as well as the PSG fans.
Paredes has struggled for form in his short time in Paris.
