The speculations over the future of Emerson at West London outfit Chelsea has now been settled after a statement credited by his agent.
Emerson was not a major part of manager Maurizio Sarri’s team in the just-concluded season which is the reason why he has been linked away from the club but that seems not to be an issue for him.
His agent has now confirmed that Emerson will not be leaving the club as speculated in the media, claiming that he has more years left in his contract.

If reports are to be believed, Emerson has got a number of offers in the Italian Seria A, including Inter Milan, Ac Milan and Juventus but nothing of such will happen anytime soon.
Emerson’s agent admitted that his client is facing serious competition from Marcos Alonso but he has been able to give a good account of himself with the opportunity handed to him in the Europa League.
However, should Emerson seek a move away from the Stamford Bridge, he might be denied by the club as Chelsea are not ready to part ways with any player as a result of the transfer ban on the club which is yet to be settled.
