English Premier League outfit Man United have been tipped to capture the signature of Ajax starlet Dillon Hoogewerf in the coming summer transfer window.
Reports claim that Dillon Hoogewerf could be parting ways with Ajax this season and already fancy a move to the Old Trafford ahead of the coming season.
Dillon Hoogewerf is just 16 but he has shown big quality as a forward and has the ability to play in a number roles up front which would be an added advantage to manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer should he eventually consider Dillon Hoogewerf for a first team role.
Ajax chief and head of youth academy, Said
Ouaali has admitted that Dillon Hoogewerf’s exit would be a big blow to the club as he has done all in his power to convince the youngster to remain at the club.
However, the Red Devils seem to have identified Ajax as a team with young players especially now that they have produced a 19-year-old defender De Ligt who has been on the wanted list for a number of top European sides.
The quality in the Ajax team helped them reached the semi-finals of the Champions League after eliminating Juventus and Real Madrid.
