German Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich are plotting a summer move for highly-rated Ajax Amsterdam winger Hakim Ziyech according to reports coming out of the media in Germany.
Hakim Ziyech has been in superb form for Ajax Amsterdam who have already sealed a fantastic domestic double in addition to reaching the semifinals of the Champions League before they were eliminated in stunning fashion by Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur.
According to SportBild, Bayern Munich have turned their attention to Hakim Ziyech after failing to convince Chelsea to sell Callum Hudson-Odoi.
Young Blues winger Hudson-Odoi is a long-term transfer target for the Bavarian giants but they have been rebuffed till date.
Bayern Munich are not the only ones interested in Hakim Ziyech with North London giants Arsenal and Manchester United also reported to be keen on a move for the Moroccan international player.
The 26-year-old is expected to play a prominent role for Morocco at the 2019 African Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament in Egypt next month.
Ajax sporting director Marc Overmars has already confirmed that the Moroccan international will leave the club this summer.
Hakim Ziyech has a £25m release clause in his contract at Ajax Amsterdam and it’s not expected to be a problem for his suitors including Arsenal.
