The Merseyside outfit Liverpool chairman Tom Werner has made a claim ahead of the coming summer transfer window, insisting that the German boss Jurgen Klopp would be given the support to also participate in the market.
The Reds team were unlucky to have lost of the English Premier League this season to Man City and that will obviously be their target next season as they hope to end their domestic title drought. The last time Liverpool won a domestic league was in 1989.
However, Tom Werner stated that the vision of the club is to be the best and not second, hence they will move all out for more buys in the summer t be able to win the challenge ahead of the coming season.
The Reds owner vow that his team will return stronger in the coming season after admitting that this season is a remarkable one for his team as they were able to earn 97 points.
Meanwhile, the Reds team have got a big hope of winning a title this year as they will be playing in the UEFA Champions League finals against North London outfit Tottenham later in the month.
There is no doubt that winning the Champions League will be a major boost to Jurgen Klopp who is yet to win a title as Liverpool boss.
