Spanish La Liga club Sevilla have reportedly decided not to take up the option of signing striker Andre Silva permanently this summer.
Andre Silva is presently on a season-long loan deal at Sevilla from Italian Serie A giants AC Milan with the option of a permanent transfer for just €38m.
The Portuguese international was previously a transfer target for Premier League giants Manchester United especially before his transfer from Sporting Lisbon to AC Milan at the start of the last campaign.
Andre Silva spent just one season at AC Milan before he was shipped out on loan due to his inconsistent displays for the Rossoneri.
The 23-year-old started his career at Sevilla on a lightning note after he scored three goals against Rayo Vallecano in his first game for the Spanish La Liga club.
Andre Silva scored seven goals in his first seven games before he lost form in front of goal.
He has scored 11 goals in all competitions this season including nine league goals in 27 games.
The former Sporting Lisbon player has not played for the last two months because of an injury relating to his patella.
According to the publication from Goal, Sevilla have decided to not sign the player on a permanent deal.
