Spanish La Liga club Sevilla have reportedly decided not to take up the option of signing striker Andre Silva permanently this summer.
Andre Silva is presently on a season-long loan deal at Sevilla from Italian Serie A giants AC Milan with the option of a permanent transfer for just €38m.
The Portuguese international was previously a transfer target for Premier League giants Manchester United especially before his transfer from Sporting Lisbon to AC Milan at the start of the last campaign.
Andre Silva spent just one season at AC Milan before he was shipped out on loan due to his inconsistent displays for the Rossoneri.
The 23-year-old started his career at Sevilla on a lightning note after he scored three goals against Rayo Vallecano in his first game for the Spanish La Liga club.
Andre Silva scored seven goals in his first seven games before he lost form in front of goal.
He has scored 11 goals in all competitions this season including nine league goals in 27 games.
The former Sporting Lisbon player has not played for the last two months because of an injury relating to his patella.
According to the publication from Goal, Sevilla have decided to not sign the player on a permanent deal.

Granit Xhaka used expletives against the fans while he was being subbed off for young Arsenal winger Bukayo Saka during the Premier League game at home to fellow London side Crystal Palace.
The incident overshadowed the game which ended in a 2-2 draw.
Xhaka has missed the last four games in all competitions for the Gunners as a result of the incident.

The £35m signing from German Bundesliga side Borussia Moenchengladbach walked off the pitch to a chorus of boos from Arsenal fans following his reaction to being substituted on the hour mark for young winger Bukayo Saka while the Gunners were searching for the winning goal with the scoreline at 2-2.

Man City Face Man United Threat In Bid To Sign This ‘Pacey Defender’
Premier League champions Manchester City have concluded plans to sign highly-rated Benfica defender Ruben Dias but they may have to see off two other English top-flight sides to achieve their target.
According to Portuguese newspaper O Jogo, Manchester City are one of the frontrunners to sign Ruben Dias and that they might make a move for the Portuguese international center-back during the January transfer window.
The loss of first-choice central defender Aymeric Laporte has hit Manchester City hard this season and their quest to achieve results without him has not been helped by the exit of former club skipper Vincent Kompany.

Guardiola and his Manchester City players have already lost three times this season mainly because of their defensive woes.
Manchester City are expected to bolster their squad on the defensive front and Ruben Dias is a top candidate though Premier League rivals Manchester United and Wolverhampton Wanderers are also interested in the central defender.
Chelsea Winger Reveals Why He Signed A New Contract
Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi has revealed the influence behind the decision to extend his contract at the club.
Callum Hudson-Odoi was seriously linked with a move away from Chelsea earlier in the year with the likes of German champions Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund before he signed a five-year contract extension until the end of the 2013/14 season.
The young Chelsea winger even tried to engineer a move away from Stamford Bridge by submitting a transfer request in January 2018 amidst the strong interest from Bayern Munich but Chelsea were adamant that the England international is not for sale despite the numerous bids made by the Bavarian giants.

Four Man Utd Priorities In January Revealed
According to Manchester Evening News (MEN), Manchester United have four main priorities ahead of the winter transfer market which reopens in six weeks’ time.
Manchester United have not lived up to the expectations of their fans this season and that has seen the Red Devils fall behind their rivals on the Premier League table.
Manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is expected to be backed with new players to improve his squad.
The aforementioned publication outlined four priorities for Manchester United during the January transfer window.
The first is to sign a forward after the Red Devils failed to replace Belgian international striker Romelu Lukaku last summer after his transfer to Italian Serie A giants Inter Milan.

The second priority is to strengthen the midfield during the January transfer window since the club failed to replace Ander Herrera and Marouane Fellaini who left earlier this year.
The third is to sell Nemanja Matic who has fallen further down the midfield pecking order at Old Trafford behind the likes of Scott McTominay, Fred and Andreas Pereira.
The fourth and final priority is to resolve the futures of Angel Gomes and Tahith Chong at the club, the two young players have less than one year left on their respective contracts.
Inter Milan Swoop In To Sign Another Chelsea Striker
Italian Serie A outfit Inter Milan are plotting a January transfer for Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud who has found playing time hard to come by since Frank Lampard was appointed the Blues’ manager this summer.
According to the Daily Express, Inter Milan manager, Antonio Conte wants to sign Giroud when the transfer market is opened again in January for a knockdown fee of around £6m.
Olivier Giroud has a little over six months left on his contract at Chelsea and the French World Cup winner is not ready to wait for his contract to run down next summer.

He signed an 18-month Chelsea deal until this summer when he completed his transfer from Arsenal to Stamford Bridge before his Blues deal was extended by one year in the summer.
Giroud was an integral part of the Chelsea team that won the Europa League last season by beating former club Arsenal in the final and even scored one of the goals but the Frenchman has had to make do with a reduced role under new manager Frank Lampard.
Man Utd Set To Table £30m For Attacking Midfield Maestro In January
Three-time European champions Manchester United are keen on a move for young Rennes midfielder Eduardo Camavinga.
This is according to the report from the Daily Mirror which revealed that the Red Devils are one of three teams interested in the teenage player.
Eduardo Camavinga broke into the Rennes team this season and has already made 17 appearances for his French club this term.
The young French midfielder has made 13 appearances for Rennes, 3 appearances in the Europa League and 1 appearance in the French Super Cup.

Manchester United are not the only club on the trail of Eduardo Camavinga ahead of the winter transfer market in January.
Spanish La Liga giants Barcelona and Atletico Madrid are also interested in the 17-year-old midfielder.
The midfield is a position that Manchester United want to strengthen their team in the New Year and there are several candidates for that job including Eduardo Camavinga who could cost at least £30m for any club to whisk him away from Rennes despite his young age.
Leicester City midfielder James Maddison, Aston Villa midfielder John McGinn and West Ham United defensive midfielder Declan Rice have all been touted as a potential signing for the Red Devils but they all represent a more expensive option than Eduardo Camavinga.
