Why Maurizio Sarri is unhappy despite Europa League title chance

The English Premier League outfit Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri is reported to be unhappy when he met with the press after a difficult qualification to the Europa League finals against the German Bundesliga outfit Eintracht Frankfurt.

After a win via a penalty shootout, the Blues team have now set up an all-English team finals against Arsenal in Baku on May 29 to determine the winner.

However, Maurizio Sarri stated that he is unhappy because of the decision of the club management to have his team play a post-season friendly before the finals as he seeks to have a fresh team before the finals.

He noted that he wants his team to recover from the stress of the semi-finals after playing through the extra-time before playing the finals as he seeks to win his first title in his first season against Arsenal who also has a new manager.

Meanwhile, the English Premier League have dominated this season in the European tournaments as Merseyside outfits Liverpool and North London side Tottenham will play in the finals of the Champions League.

There is, therefore, no doubt that the two European titles would be returned to the English League at the end of the season.
