Merseyside outfit Liverpool have been tipped to be in a better position to secure the signature of French Ligue 2 teenager and striker Silas Wamangituka from Paris FC.
Silas Wamangituka has been impressive for his team and the Reds team are reported to be one of the several European sides storming the French Ligue 2 outfit to scout for the star player.
The 19-year-old has been instrumental in helping his team push for qualification to the Ligue 1 with 8 goals already scored in 24 appearances.
It has been reported that the likes of Barcelona, Newcastle and other top European guns have been seeking for the signature of the star player but Liverpool seem to be in the lead.
A Paris FC official has admitted that a number of top European clubs have been sending their scouts to watch Silas Wamangituka but the club are also keen to keep him because of his quality and how much he has helped the team so far this season.
But the official noted that the decision on Silas Wamangituka’s future will be left to the club, the player and his agent, adding that should he decide to move on, the club will demand a high fee for his quality.
