The Merseyside outfit Liverpool have been confirmed to have entered the race for French Ligue 1 outfit Lille forward Nicolas Pepe in the coming summer transfer window.

Nicolas Pepe has longed been linked with a move away from the Ligue 1 outfit as he has been impressive so far this season but the club have been reluctant to let him leave as he has been their most prized asset.

But it is claimed that Nicolas Pepe now has an asking price of £60 million because of his quality and he could be available if the suitors are convincing enough.

French Ligue 1 outfit PSG, Arsenal, Juventus were earlier linked with the star player but from all indications, they have not been able to meet with the demands which make Liverpool valuable in the race.

However, Liverpool boss will have to sit over it to make a decision on Nicolas Pepe as he has already stated that he will not involve on any big money deal because he wishes to keep his squad together.

This, therefore, means that there will be only a few departures from the Anfield this summer window as most of them are set to stay to dominate in both the English league and the UEFA Champions League.
