Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has taken a swipe on Man United as they prepare for their Manchester derby against City later on Wednesday.

The Reds team delivered a 2-0 win against Cardiff on Sunday to return top in the Premier League table ahead of Man City with two points clear.

It has been suggested that the Red Devils could help the Reds team by defeating Man City so as to give them an easy landing for the Premier League title but that has been dismissed by the German boss.

Jurgen Klopp made this known after the Red Devils were defeated 4-0 by their Merseyside rivals Everton on Sunday.

According to him, the Man United team are also helpless and from what has been displayed against Everton, there are no chances that they will be able to see past City on Wednesday.

While noting that he will wait until Wednesday to know what the outcome of the game would be, his team will be focused on winning their next game and think less about Man City and Man United.

However, Jurgen Klopp is looking forward to winning his first title as Liverpool boss for about three seasons at the club and the team also hope to end their 29-year English Premier League title drought.
