Belgium international Eden Hazard has been warned that he will never reach his true potential in his career if he does not join Spanish La Liga outfit Real Madrid in this coming summer transfer window.

The West London outfit Chelsea are no doubt on the verge of parting ways with the star player as he has refused to commit his future to the club and it is claimed that he could be heading to the Bernabeu at the end of the season.

Chelsea are therefore making efforts to have the star player remain at the club as it would be impossible to land a replacement for him but Eden Hazard has been warned not to stay back.

Former Liverpool midfielder Graeme Souness said Eden Hazard has got the opportunity now, noting that he might not have the opportunity to move to such a big stage again in his career.

However, Graeme Souness lamented that Eden Hazard is not the demanding player as he would have left the club for a long time if he was another personality.

Meanwhile, Graeme Souness stressed that he is the kind of player that would be wanted by the likes of Barcelona, Bayern Munich, and other top European sides.
