ESPN pundit Steve Nicol has revealed that Portuguese manager Jose Mourinho care more about his sack at the Spanish La Liga outfit Real Madrid than that of the two Premier League clubs Chelsea and Man United.

The latest was his sack at the Old Trafford last year December after failing to deliver a good result and losing control of the dressing room in addition to his rift with some of the players.

It would be recalled that he was sacked at the Spanish capital in 2013 as he failed to deliver good results and was 15 points behind Barcelona at the time of his sack.

The former FIFA World Coach is currently in the search for a new job as he has been without one for months, despite claiming to have rejected about two to three jobs because they lacked the ambition he seeks for.

The ESPN pundit noted that Jose Mourinho was only loved by his players at Inter Milan, recalling that the players wept when he left the club but in other clubs he worked, he ended up having a bad relationship before leaving.

However, the ESPN pundit fears that Jose Mourinho might not be able to land a big job anymore because of his inability to manage big players, going by his history.
