West London outfit Chelsea are set to tie two deals ahead of the coming season as it is now obvious that they will not be able to secure any deal until the next two transfer windows.

The Blues were found guilty of going against the FIFA transfer rule which is against deals with under-age players and have been told they will not be allowed to register any player until the summer window of 2020.

However, the Chelsea chiefs are already considering the option of handing new deals to Willian and David Luiz who are already running out of their contract with the club.

Both Brazilians have also indicated interest in staying at the Stamford Bridge by extending their contract with the club.

However, the West London outfit will be forced to go against their transfer policy of not handing more than a year contract extension to players who are over 30, which have been the demands of the duo.

Meanwhile, the Blues have already secured the signature of Borussia Dortmund star Christian Pulisic and he will be joining the Stamford Bridge at the end of the season while Chelsea will also make attempt to keep Belgium international Eden Hazard at the club.
