Why Chelsea’s next season can be predicted after FIFA ban response
There are fears that Chelsea will have a very tough season as they would not be able to engage in the next two transfer windows after a ban by the world football governing body FIFA is set to stand.
The West London outfit were hammered a ban for the next two transfer windows for falling short of the FIFA rule which has to do with transfer deals of players who are below 16.
Chelsea chiefs had insisted they would appeal the ban but it has been claimed that they were not successful in the appeal with FIFA insisting that they will have to take the punishment.
However, this could cast a spell to the Blues’ next season as they will not be able to add strength to their squad for the Premier League title next season.
With the West London outfit currently below the top four, which makes the hope of a Champions League qualification slim, there are fears that they might not qualify for another year should they fail again this season.
More so, the situation could force Belgium international Eden Hazard out of the club, knowing that his Blues team might not be able to compete next season.
