The race for the English Premier League title gets tougher and there is no doubt that a fight between Liverpool and Man City with the latter currently on top of the summit with a point clear will ensue.

The Reds threw away a 10 points lead and failed to beat Everton and Man United in their last two away games as they played a draw in both games

Former Liverpool forward Michael Owen has stated that there is no need to worry as he is confident that his former side will still wear the EPL crown this season.

Michael Owen affirmed that it is a two-team race and it would be won at the end of the day by Liverpool because they have been exceptional in their performance this year despite the level of competition in the league this season.

The former Reds striker, therefore, noted that the Reds have had their difficult runs and it is now the turn of the Citizens which will be an advantage to the manager Jurgen Klopp team to regain their mandate at the top of the summit.

However, the Merseyside outfit have four more away games to play until the end of the season and they are tipped to secure wins in the games.
