Concerns have been raised over the expected move of Borussia Dortmund star Christian Pulisic to the West London outfit by his United States countryman Landon Donovan.

It is no longer news that the West London outfit have a deal in place for Christian Pulisic after he sealed a £58 million deal but was loaned back to the German Bundesliga outfit until the end of the season.

The star player has been tipped to replace Belgium international Eden Hazard who is also on his way out of the club after refusing to pen a new deal.

However, concerned have been raised over the fact that the Blues have been handed a transfer ban which will stop them from securing any deal for the next two transfer windows, a development that will make Christian Pulisic the only new hope for the fans.

Landon Donovan, therefore, stated that the only way out for Christian Pulisic is for the Stamford Bridge fans to rally round to support him and also be patient with him until he is able to settle and blend well.

Meanwhile, the Blues management have made it clear that they will appeal to the ban hoping it doesn’t stand.
