Liverpool star Georginio Wijnaldum has predicted a very tough challenge for his side in the second leg of the Merseyside derby game against Everton on Sunday.

The Reds returned to winning ways against Watford with a 5-0 win which puts them in a better advantage against the Toffees but that should not be considered if the words of Georginio Wijnaldum should be considered.

It would be recalled that the Reds had a tough fight against Everton in the first leg of the Merseyside derby with Jurgen Klopp’s men finding it difficult to break Everton until the coming of Divock Origi from the bench to deliver the last minute goal.

Georginio Wijnaldum has warned his side to expect more difficult legs than the first as he predicts a big fight from Everton at the Goodison Park on Sunday.

Noting that every game is different and carries its own intensity, Georginio Wijnaldum is confident that his side are able to manage the situation and give it the needed fight for all three points in the game.

However, Liverpool will go into the game as league leaders with a point over Man City which is the reason why all efforts would be put in place not to lose the spot.
