Manchester United have been dealt a big blow after Anthony Martial was ruled out of their Premier League clash with Crystal Palace on Wednesday night.
Crystal Palace host Manchester United at Selhurst Park in their second Premier League meeting of the season.
Both sides played out a goalless draw at Old Trafford in the first half of the season.
French international star Martial has been suffering from a groin injury dating back to the Paris Saint Germain (PSG) clash in the first leg of the Champions League on February 12.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is the interim Manchester United manager and he ruled out Anthony Martial for the Crystal Palace game during his pre-match press conference on Tuesday morning.
Martial is one of 10 Manchester United players that could miss the game against the Eagles.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer revealed that they are not ready to risk Martial for the Crystal Palace game having learnt a valuable lesson from rushing Jesse Lingard back into the team at the weekend.
Jesse Lingard returned to the Manchester United team against Liverpool at the weekend as a replacement for the injured Juan Manuel Mata in the first half of that game only for him to aggravate the injury sustained in the aforementioned game against PSG.
He was replaced by Alexis Sanchez just before the halftime interval during the Liverpool game.
