Man Utd Target Unhappy With Real Madrid Teammates – Report
Real Madrid forward Gareth Bale has reportedly fuelled transfer talks of an exit from the club after he gave an angry response to recent criticisms from his teammates.
This is according to the publication from the Daily Mail which revealed that the Welsh international star had previously been criticised by goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois who is in his debut season since joining the Los Merengues from Chelsea last summer.
Bale’s response to his critics came after he scored the winning goal as Real Madrid won 2-1 at Levante.
The Welshman scored from the spot in the second half to give Real Madrid the maximum points at stake.
Gareth Bale recently expressed his desire to stay at Real Madrid despite the interest of major Premier League sides like Chelsea and Manchester United.
The 29-year-old came close to joining Manchester United in the summer of 2013 before swapping North London giants Tottenham Hotspur for Real Madrid.
The Spanish giants paid a then world-record transfer fee of £85m to prise him away from Spurs on the back of the 2012/13 season.
Since joining Real Madrid from Tottenham Hotspur, Gareth Bale has won four Champions League titles in addition to the 2016/17 La Liga title won under former club manager Zinedine Zidane.
