The race for the English Premier League title is getting tougher and from all indications, it is between Liverpool and Man City with other clubs pushing also from behind.
The contest is almost a repeat of last season knowing that they both had the fight but the Pep Guardiola’s Citizens were well in charge and won the league with Liverpool finishing second.
This time, it is hoped that the Reds now have their turn as they are currently with the same point as Man City but with a game at hand as an advantage.
However, it has been analyzed by ECHO columnist John Aldridge that the Merseyside club have got a secret weapon which could hand them an advantage over the Citizens.
John Aldridge first noted the amazing crowd and support by the Reds team which cannot be taken away from them, stressing that no matter what the situation is with the club, the fans will always be there to sing and let the players know that they are all behind them.
More to that, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is returning back from injury and John Aldridge is of the opinion that he could just be the difference between both side.
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain joined Liverpool from Arsenal and immediately transformed to a better player with his absence felt by the Reds team.
