Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini will earn a whopping £235,000 on a weekly basis when he swaps the Premier League for China this week.
The Daily Mail confirmed that the Belgian international player has agreed on a three-year deal with Chinese Super League Shandong Luneng Taishan.
Fellaini will be paid £235,000 weekly after tax at his new destination.
Manchester United had been in talks with Shandong Luneng for the better of the last 24 hrs over a transfer for Marouane Fellaini.
The Red Devils will receive £10.4m for his transfer.
Fellaini, 31, has been on the outskirts of the Manchester United team since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer became the manager in the second week of December.
Norwegian tactician Solskjaer replaced Jose Mourinho last month after the Portuguese tactician led the Red Devils to their worst start to a Premier League season.
Ex-Manchester United striker Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been given the Manchester United job on an interim basis until the end of the season.
Marouane Fellaini has played just once since Sokskjaer became the Manchester United manager and that was as a second-half substitute during the FA Cup third round clash at home to struggling English Championship club Reading.
The Red Devils won the game 2-0 with goals from Juan Manuel Mata and Romelu Lukaku.
