Inter Milan chief Beppe Marotta has provided the latest update on winger Ivan Perisic amidst the transfer rumours over a possible exit from the club.

In his last interview with Sky Italia via the Daily Mirror, the Inter Milan Chief Executive Officer (CEO) revealed that there has been no offers for Perisic.

The Croatian international star has been strongly linked with a move to Premier League giants Arsenal in the last few days.

Recent reports claim that Arsenal have made an offer for Perisic to join them for the rest of the season.

It was revealed that the Gunners offered €5m (£4.4m) for his loan contract with the option of making his transfer permanent in the summer.

Inter Milan were said to have rejected the offer with immediate effect.

Ivan Perisic has not had the best of seasons in this campaign upon his return to Inter Milan from last summer’s FIFA World Cup tournament in Russia.

The 29-year-old was one of the standout players at the tournament as his Croatia side reached the final before they were beaten 4-2 by eventual winners France.

Ivan Perisic has scored 34 goals in 143 appearances for the Nerazzuri in all competitions since his transfer from German Bundesliga club VFL Wolfsburg in 2015.
