Experienced BBC journalist David Ornstein has revealed that North London giants Arsenal are targeting two loan deals between now and the end of this January transfer window.
Ornstein also revealed that Barcelona midfielder Denis Suarez is one of the players that the Gunners are looking to sign on loan this month.
He made this revelation on his official Twitter handle as monitored by popular English news outlet Daily Star.
Arsenal can only sign players on loan in this transfer window with the Gunners current experiencing lack of funds for transfers.
Gunners boss Unai Emery had confirmed the inability of the club to sign players permanently earlier this month in one of his pre-match press conferences.
Speaking ahead of the FA Cup third round clash at English League One outfit Blackpool, Unai Emery revealed that Arsenal can only make loan signings this month.
Barcelona midfielder Denis Suarez has been strongly linked with a move to the Emirates Stadium through his Spanish club prefers a permanent transfer over the loan contract been proposed by the Gunners.
Both clubs are expected to reach a loan transfer agreement with the obligation to make it permanent at the end of the loan deal this summer.
