Premier League giants Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur are keen on a transfer for one of the most exciting young midfielders in the English top flight.
The Sun claim that both clubs are interested in Welsh international star David Brooks.
It was also revealed that both clubs are ready to spend as much as £40m on the 21-year-old.
David Brooks plays for Premier League club Bournemouth at the moment.
He joined the South Coast club at the start of the season following his £11m transfer from English Championship side Sheffield United.
Since his move from Sheffield United to Bournemouth during last summer’s transfer window, David Brooks has scored five goals in the Premier League.
His performances for Bournemouth have not gone unnoticed with bigger Premier League sides like Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur.
North London giants Tottenham Hotspur were interested in signing him last summer before he swapped Sheffield United for the South Coast.
David Brooks is also a regular fixture for his country Wales.
He has made nine appearances for the Welsh national team since he made his debut against world champions France in October 2017.
David Brooks came off the bench in a 2-0 defeat at the hands of the French team.
