Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri has got reasons to make demands from the management following the exit of Spanish star Cesc Fabregas to French Ligue 1 outfit Monaco.

The former Barcelona star went ahead to reunite with his former Arsenal teammate Thierry Henry who is now the manager of the team as he hopes to help them out of their bad form.

It was compulsory for Cesc Fabregas to leave the West London side after he went down the pecking order in the Maurizio Sarri team and only became an option from the bench.

Now that he is gone, the Italian boss is seeking to have a replacement for the option as he approaches the management to inform them of the need to secure an addition because of the shortage of manpower in the engine room.

According to the former Napoli boss, there is no replacement for Jorginho and he wants the club to make use of this winter transfer window to secure a backup for him.

Sarri noted that he has no idea of when the replacement should be expected but stress that there is a big worry on what to do to ensure a replacement, especially in this winter transfer window.
